[TEMPLATE] WFH Game – Your WFH Wingman

Academy Lead
We know during this period, more of you have been working from home and that many organizations have had to adapt to this accelerated digitalization as they empower their employees to work from home effectively.
Our team’s been lucky to be able to WFH – still, there are lots of aspects of work life that’s enriched by that face-to-face engagement, whether it’s team lunches, quick conversations, or just the feeling of being in an office. (Me? I miss my team runs to the nearby 7-Eleven to get snacks…)
The Gametize team have been hard at work to ensure our platform can support your needs more than ever in these times. We’ve been coding all sorts of new features (more on those in upcoming blog posts!) and with that, we’ve rolled out a new Project Template: Your WFH Wingman.

Complete Challenges every day to WFH effectively with this game

Your WFH Wingman is a game with daily Challenges (they reset every 24 hours) all designed to guide the Player – in this case, the “WFH Pilot” – through a productive, healthy, and effective work day. Whether it’s checking in with your Player on staying hydrated, asking Players to share their priorities for the day, or their movie/TV recommendations (I’ve personally probably gotten more than enough mileage from my Netflix subscription), this template’s a great way to kickstart your organization’s WFH culture.

For example, we've a Video Challenge asking people to film themselves washing their hands 🙂
Go ahead and test-drive the Template now – why not try adding some badges and/or rewards to the game for your Players to redeem? (We’ve left those blank for you to customize from scratch.)  That means the more Players complete the Challenges every day, the more points they’ll accumulate.
How’s your experience working from home so far? Comment below and share with us some obstacles you’ve faced, and some tips & tricks – we’d love to hear them so we can add more to our WFH game!
