The latest Performance Academy campaign has been a resounding success, with over 30,000 completions from 440 players in just one month. Users are highly engaged with the platform, actively participating in quizzes and challenges. Since the launch of the gamification project, there have been more than 200,000 completions from 2,400 players, demonstrating the effectiveness and popularity of the training program.

Well-crafted Learning Journey: Converting traditional learning to a gamified platform boosted engagement and retention. Pre-training activities built anticipation, diverse challenges during training kept participants motivated, and post-training follow-ups ensured long-term retention and application. Rewards like merchandise further incentivize participation, leading to impressive results in the Performance Academy project.

Interactive Learning Experience: Integrated Automotive Experience also included a creative “Super Duty Scavenger Hunt” challenge in their gamified training app. Participants, divided into small groups, use the app to solve riddles leading to red star locations. At each location, they input a passcode to unlock and answer feature-related questions about the Super Duty. This engaging activity promotes teamwork and enhances product knowledge through an interactive and fun learning experience.

With an impressive 92% average retention rate 30 days post-training, the program saw over 30,000 completions from 440 players in the recent campaign, contributing to more than 200,000 completions from 2,400 players since its inception. The diverse challenges and generous rewards effectively drove participation and created an engaging learning environment.
