2. Analytic: Content Report 📊
Our brand-new Content Report feature lets you download a detailed summary of your project’s content. This includes everything from Topics and Content (Challenges and Flashcards) to Achievements, Rewards, and Awardable Actions, along with their associated data. It’s a mighty tool that gives you invaluable insights into your project’s performance and engagement.
3. App Customizer: Support Button 📧
We’re all about making your life—and your players’ lives—easier. Say hello to the Support Button! Your players can now access support directly from the project home button. Whether they have questions, need assistance, or just want to drop a friendly “hi,” the Support Button is their direct line to you. Plus, you can customize it with your own Support Email to ensure seamless communication. It’s gamification support made simple!
4. Challenge Setting: Completion Time Delay ⏳
Imagine creating a little suspense before your players can complete a challenge. Well, now you can with our Completion Time Delay feature! You can introduce a waiting period, making players eagerly anticipate the action. It’s like giving them a sneak peek of something exciting while encouraging them to engage with embedded videos or content.
