We’re happy to let you know that our co-founder, Keith Ng, will be co-speaking with Adrian Koh (Head of Organisational Development and Research at CXS International) at the Learning & Development Asia 2019 conference.
They will be speaking on the topic of Gamified Learning: Looking into groundbreaking strategies to increase learner engagement and knowledge retention on Day 1 of the conference (17 September 2019, 4 – 5PM).

Keith Ng
Keith Ng (@keizng) co-founded Gametize, a gamification platform to motivate behaviors through challenges and rewards such as in recruitment, learning & development, marketing and community advocacy. Today, the platform is powering fun for more than 300,000 users totally over 15 million challenge completions.

Adrian Koh
Adrian Koh is the Head of Organisational Development and Research at CXS International. As an organisational psychologist by training, he has spearheaded content and research in areas of assessment and selection; team and leadership development, for both public and private sector companies. He is also an associate lecturer at SUSS, where he teaches in the area of psychology and human capital management.
