About the Fireside Chat

In our third Fireside Chat, we had the pleasure of inviting Geraldine (Geri) Kan from The Communications Catalyst.

Storytelling plays a vital role in gamification. It adds a layer of depth and meaning to gamified experiences, elevating them from activities to immersive journeys. By weaving narratives into the gaming framework, storytelling captivates players, creates emotional connections, and enhances their overall experience.

By harnessing the power of storytelling, gamification experiences can become transformative and deeply impactful, leaving a lasting impression on the players.

Geraldine (Geri) Kan, a former journalist and senior corporate communications executive who has led teams in Lenovo, HP, and The Esplanade, will discuss marketing communications campaigns that have used storytelling to great effect to engage communities, influence perception and inspire action.

She’ll discuss how you can craft immersive narratives that resonate with audiences and create emotional connections, driving participation and engagement.
