About The Client
A top content and entertainment company in Malaysia, serves a broad audience through satellite television, digital content, radio, and e-commerce platforms.
They sought to improve engagement and product knowledge among third-party vendors and sales-runners via a gamified training platform, developed in collaboration with Gametize.
The Challenge
Previously, the client provided face-to-face training for third-party vendors and sales-runners, who are essential partners in promoting and selling their products. To enhance efficiency and customer-centricity, they aimed to engage these partners through gamification, discovering Gametize through a recommendation from a Gametize Channel Partner.
Goals
The primary goal was to create a system that would facilitate easy communication between internal employees and third-party companies selling products/services on behalf of the client.
Quantitative:
Number of active users vs the number of total users
Qualitative:
Satisfaction Survey Results were required for each learning and development project. This would help them in understanding what needs to be replicated, what needs to be modified, and what needs to be improved in a particular training program.
The Player Profile
The user profile includes both third-party vendors and sales-runners.
Third-party vendors are business partners who promote and sell the company’s products and services. They engage with customers and play a key role in the success of the gamification project by promoting the platform.
Sales-runners, responsible for direct sales to customers, are crucial for driving revenue. The gamification project equips them with the knowledge and tools to better understand and sell the company’s products and services.
The Solution: Playbook
Gametize collaborated with the client to develop a white-label app, the “Playbook,” which serves as an engaging learning platform for vendors and sales-runners.
The gamified platform includes new product introductions, quizzes to reinforce learning, and performance tracking with rewards for outstanding results.
Knowledge Check Quizzes
A series of quizzes were created for users to test their understanding of various aspects of the company’s products and services. The aim is to improve the product knowledge and customer experience skills of the users.
Engaging Multimedia Content
To further enhance the user’s customer experience, the client also created a range of multimedia content that was designed to deliver information in a more engaging and interactive way. This content included videos, visuals, images, and PDF documents.
Survey Poll
Client recognized the importance of collecting user feedback to continuously improve their offerings. To do this, they used a survey poll challenge to gather users’ opinions on each of the projects.
