Gametize is proud to announce we’re partnering with Christina Ioannidis of Aquitude to bring you a talk on Gamification for Consumer Engagement & Advocacy 
Consumer engagement covers every part of the customer journey, from awareness to retention, advocacy, and beyond. In this age of connectivity and social media, many organizations have turned to gamification to engage and build advocates out of their customers.
In today’s climate, influence and authenticity are key. 84% of millennials say user-generated content (such as testimonials and reviews) have at least some influence on what they buy, and social influencers are just one example of new ways to gain trust among customers.
In this two-hour session, we will explore how gamification can be used for marketing to build consumer engagement and loyalty, and equip you with the tools you need to make your gamification campaign a success.

About the speakers

Christina Ioannidis

Chief Engagement Officer
Christina Ioannidis is an internationally recognized, speaker, trainer and entrepreneur. She is the Chief Engagement Officer of Aquitude, an international brand engagement consultancy which works with corporations to engage with their main stakeholders – their employees and their customers.
Household names have entrusted Christina with their consumer engagement including Hermès, Kaya Skin Clinic, Accenture, Ebay, and other FTSE/Fortune 100 organisations, as well as South East Asian power players such as, Unilever, among others. She has also consulted on consumer engagement and loyalty to some of the most forward-thinking digital players in the online gaming world, such as Ladbrokes plc, Betfair plc and Gala plc. 

Keith Ng

Lead of Business Group, Client Engagement

Keith Ng (@keizng) co-founded Gametize, a gamification platform to motivate behaviors through challenges and rewards such as in recruitment, learning & development, marketing and  community advocacy. Today, the platform is powering fun for more than 300,000 users totally over 15 million challenge completions. 

Keith was nominated as one of the most influential people in gamification globally by Gamification Summit (2014), as well as the top 100 gamification innovator/consultant by Sparkah. He designed Gametize’s gamification frameworks, and speaks on gamification globally, including Gamification Summit in San Francisco, HR Congress in Manila, and Loyalty Summit, in Mumbai. His interests are in using game thinking and positive psychology to solve engagement problems, and designing extremely simple user experience for people to get hooked. Motivation theories intrigues him as much as learning about artificial intelligence and scaling methodologies
